2. Age and Health Guarantee:

• All puppies available for purchase are at least eight weeks old, fully weaned, and have received age-appropriate vaccinations and veterinary care.
• We guarantee the health of our puppies at the time of sale. A complete medical record, including vaccinations and deworming, will be provided to the customer.

3. Payment and Pricing:

• The price of each puppy is listed on our website and in-store. Prices are non-negotiable.
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, and cash.

4. Purchase Application:

• Prospective buyers are required to fill out an purchase application. We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe the home environment is not suitable for the puppy's well-being.

5. Refund and Return Policy:

•  A restocking fee may apply in certain situations.

Delivery

At Xclusive Little Yorkies, we are pleased to offer nationwide shipping for your convenience, starting from $850.00-$1,100.00, this is a separate fee from puppy purchase. Your puppy will travel onboard in a carrier accompanied by a dedicated lap nanny, ensuring their safe and comfortable delivery to the nearest airport in your city.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase from Xclusive Little Yorkies. However, we understand that there might be situations that require a refund. Please familiarize yourself with our refund policy outlined below:

1. Refunds for Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of an unforeseen health issue discovered within 30 days of purchase, certified by a licensed veterinarian, we will offer a full refund upon return of the puppy. We may request a second opinion from a veterinarian of our choice.

2. Return Procedure: To initiate a refund, please contact us within 3 days of the purchase date. The puppy must be returned in its original condition, with all relevant documentation and accessories provided at the time of sale.

3. Exclusions: Please note that changes of mind or allergies are not valid reasons for a refund. Additionally, any changes in the puppy's health or well-being after leaving our care will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Processing Time: Once the returned puppy has been received and its condition has been verified, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Store Credit Option: In certain cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. This will be at our discretion and subject to discussion with the customer.
