Deposit Policy:
"At Xclusive Little Yorkies, we happily accept deposits for out-of-town customers to secure their desired puppy. A deposit of $500.00 is required (non-refundable). This deposit not only reserves your chosen puppy but also halts any further advertisement of that specific pup.

Delivery
At Xclusive Little Yorkies, we are pleased to offer nationwide shipping for your convenience, starting from $850.00-$1,100.00, this is a separate fee from puppy purchase. Your puppy will travel onboard in a carrier accompanied by a dedicated lap nanny, ensuring their safe and comfortable delivery to the nearest airport in your city.

Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase from Xclusive Little Yorkies. However, we understand that there might be situations that require a refund. Please familiarize yourself with our refund policy outlined below:
1. Refunds for Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of an unforeseen health issue discovered within 30 days of purchase, certified by a licensed veterinarian, we will offer a full refund upon return of the puppy. We may request a second opinion from a veterinarian of our choice.
2. Return Procedure: To initiate a refund, please contact us within 3 days of the purchase date. The puppy must be returned in its original condition, with all relevant documentation and accessories provided at the time of sale.
3. Exclusions: Please note that changes of mind or allergies are not valid reasons for a refund. Additionally, any changes in the puppy's health or well-being after leaving our care will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Processing Time: Once the returned puppy has been received and its condition has been verified, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Store Credit Option: In certain cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. This will be at our discretion and subject to discussion with the customer.
6. Communication: Please ensure that you communicate any concerns regarding the puppy's health or any other issues promptly to initiate the refund process.
